About Sharon Earl

Sharon Earl is a qualified Myers Briggs consultant and certified counsellor.

She has worked in the NHS as an Occupational Therapist, where she specialised in Palliative Care. She helps patients in the most challenging of life experiences to maintain their autonomy and find their way forward.

Whilst working in this environment she also provides training to various professional groups.

Sharon works with clients within the business sector to increase their personal wellbeing, develop their leadership, build their teams effectiveness and help them cultivate client relationships.

Using  MBTI® she equips teams to, grow and create strategies for conflict resolution and helps co workers and couples to develop greater mutual understanding.  Many community groups have also found fresh ways to understand and celebrate differences so that they can grow in creativity and inclusivity.

She uses a range of both tried and tested and cutting edge innovative tools to help her clients develop strategies to be most effective in their area of focus.  These include amongst others, Myers’s Briggs Type Inventory , Enneagram,  CBT and counselling perspectives , Occupational  analysis, and Life Shapes, a system that can be applied to all avenues of life to ensure focus and sustainability.

Sharon has been immersed in the DNA of Life Shapes.  She has been part of developing Missional Communities over the last 15 years at St Thomas Church in Sheffield and has herself led missional communities, lived in intentional missional community households and mentored using Life Shapes.

Sharon loves eating and hanging out with friends; aims to take a momentous photo every day and has just discovered the joys of riding an electric bike in the hills of Sheffield!
